The Wisconsin Department of Tourism is pleased to provide a series of basic tourism marketing and customer service educational courses.
The courses are designed to provide basic information to assist in the marketing and operational aspects of a tourism business. The following titles identify the series' segments:

The Department is making these tools available to all Wisconsin businesses, chambers of commerce, convention and visitors bureaus, statewide tourism associations and educational institutions.
The courses are available at no charge in PowerPoint presentation format on diskette or hard copy as well as in text format. Copies can be obtained and training is available through the Department of Tourism's Tourism Development Specialists.
The series is authored by the Wisconsin Department of Tourism and is designed for the exclusive use of Wisconsin's business community. Sale or monetary charges for course instruction outside of contributions for educational facility cost reimbursement is strictly prohibited.
